On 1-2 October, researchers from the research group Child and Family Health and the research program eChildHealth, gathered for a scientific workshop in Ängelholm.

The research group Child and Family Health conducts research in the fields of paediatric nursing and care with a focus on children with long-term medical conditions and their families, e.g. children with cancer, cerebral palsy, diabetes, heart disease, HIV, obesity and colic. The research is conducted in close collaboration with healthcare services and led by Professor Inger Kristensson Hallström.

Since 2018, research is also conducted within the 6-year research program eChildHealth, focusing on research on e-health in child care, and supported by Forte (Swedish Research Council for Health, Working Life and Welfare).

During the workshop, the researcher’s shared ideas and experiences and participated in discussions about opportunities and challenges with the research.
