Symposium with focus on the child

Symposium

On 28-29 November, the research group Child and Family Health organized a scientific symposium with focus on child-centered care and e-health. The symposium marked the end of the 6-year research program LUC3 and the start of the new research program eChildHealth.

Since 2013, research has been conducted in parental support and child-centered care, in the 6-year research program LUC3 (Lund University Child Centered Care), funded by Forte and the Swedish Research Council. In the fall of 2018, the research group received another 6-year program support from Forte, for research on e-health in child care, in the new research program eChildHealth.

During the scientific symposium the research within this two research program was presented by researchers from Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Ethiopia and Canada. Together they presented their projects through lectures, science slam, poster exhibition and workshop. Among the audience were managers in health care, parents, researchers, students, politicians and others.

The lectures were filmed and will be published here on our website and on our Facebook page shortly.
